Cliff Williams is a highly regarded Maintenance thought leader, and most recently - the Corporate Mainetenance Manager at Erco Chemicals. According to Cliff, the greatest maintenance and reliability challenge remains the same: Leadership, People and so Culture!
From apprentice to the 'exalted' position of corporate maintenance manager and every step in between Cliff has a confession to make.
